I have been absent from blogging, but I have a good excuse. My laptop has been broken. I feel like part of my soul has been taken from me and will never return. No exaggeration there.
Besides that, I survived Oktoberfest in Munich! Yes! Take a look at pictures below. I arrived on Saturday, and Alynn and I managed to get into a tent around 2:00. We stood in a crowd of angry people.. The only people that usually get into the tents are those that have reserved tables or wristbands. We stood in line for a good 2.5 hours, and then security felt bad and pulled us in. You can only get waited on if you are seated at a table, so we found a table to sit at and made friends with a French guy, a Sweden guy, and a guy from Finland, they all had a table reserved, which was awesome.
The tents closed at 11:00, since everyone usually starts drinking at 700. After eight hours of being in the tent, Alynn and I wandered through the street fair, and departed from our group of friends to find the train station to get my things.
So the night somehow ended at 5:30 am at a Turkish bar.
